October 17, 2012 - MarketingPilot is announcing today that it has been acquired by Microsoft Corporation. "We are excited to join the Microsoft team," says Ken Kornbluh CEO of MarketingPilot. The entire MarketingPilot team are becoming Microsoft employees. Our first priority will be to continue to grow MarketingPilot while taking care of our existing customers.
MarketingPilot will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary within Microsoft.
For now, MarketingPilot will continue to sell their products and services under the MarketingPilot brand.
