In connection with the initial public offering, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock from the company. As a result, the total initial public offering size was 9,200,000 shares.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities LLC, Needham & Company, LLC and Pacific Crest Securities LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
